The Green Bean story started out with some friends sitting in another local restaurant talking about our dreams and about good customer service. It didn't take us long to decide what we needed and wanted
to do. So our search began to find a place of business. Once we found that, we knew that we had to do something that was going to set us apart from any other restaurant in town. We talked about all the little Mom and Pop joints that we grew up around and what made them successful: Providing EXCELLENT customer service, EXCELLENT food and a GREAT atmosphere to be at. That's what you will get here. The Green Bean story is just starting and each milestone that we have will be documented on this website. Strap yourself in and hold on, because it's going to be a beautiful ride!

One Month Down. We have felt so blessed with our first month of business. We haven't done any advertising and word of mouth is getting around REALLY fast! We did have to do a small price increase to help with the new additions to staffing, but we still feel that we have the BEST prices in town and the BEST service in town. As far as staffing, we added a very experienced waitress, Jenny, and she is doing a great job. Joel (Nikki's Brother) and Julie were also added over the month. Joel has been a real blessing to us and Julie has hit the ground running and is learning fast. Having Joel and Julie has allowed Nikki to step out of the kitchen and spend more time with the customers and have a Great owner presence. Going into our second month it seems as if God has taken yet another scoop of blessing and has poured it on us. We are so grateful for our customers that have now become friends and we feel SO blessed to have many of them come and see us on a daily bases!
